Tom Haman is Senior Contract & Proposal Manager at W.W. Grainger, Inc., based in Northbrook, IL. Tom has ten years of sell-side contract, proposal and customer lifecycle management experience. Grainger is North America's leading broad line supplier of maintenance, repair and operating products.\r

Paul Branch, BT - Head of Deal Assurance, is a longtime member of the IACCM and has recently been elected Fellow. He lead contract management in global communications and IT services provider BT. He has worked for BT Group for nearly 30 years, in both buy- and sell-side positions and, most recently, it has been his privilege to work on a major change program to improve the way that we perform CCM within the corporation. With programs focused on raising the bar on the skills and capabilities of our talented people, bringing their processes in line with industry best practice and deploying tools that support the way that they work, they have seen significant improvement. Last year, Paul's contribution was recognized as one of the winners of the IACCM Personal Innovation Award. He is a standing member of the IACCM Events Advisory Board and has served as moderator, panelist and speaker at numerous IACCM events including this year's Americas conference.
