Jonathan Cooper-Bagnall

EVP, Commercial Director

Jonathan Cooper-Bagnall is a business leader and entrepreneur, with over 20 years of building and running successful businesses.  Today he is Executive Vice President at Proxima, the global procurement services provider, with responsibility for the commercial direction of the firm and delivering growth.  With billions of spend under management and clients that include some of the world's largest and most successful organisations, his mandate is to continue disrupting the procurement industry and secure the firm’s position as the leading independent provider in the USA, in addition to the UK.

Prior to joining Proxima, Jonathan led PA Consulting Group’s international consultancy business in shared services and outsourcing, and ran operations in the UK, Central Europe, the Nordics, and the United States.  He spent ten years based in London and five years in North America, and enjoyed working with a team of 2500 talented people, who delivered exceptional results to clients.  Following an early career in the leisure industry, Jonathan founded a technology business, and following a successful sale, led a UK commercial team for Canadian based firm SHL Systemhouse.
